Eileen Sappington

Eileen has over 40 years of experience as a business owner and leader in the community. She was raised in an entrepreneurial family whose activities included real estate construction and rental management. She is herself a serial entrepreneur, co-founding and operating a mental health clinic for 14 years, helping to spearhead the development of an internet startup, and founding multiple businesses and partnerships.
Like Jay, she is a degreed musician which involves intense discipline, passion, and a drive to be the best. In recent years, she returned to real estate where she brings that same discipline and passion as she specializes in multifamily apartment complexes. She and Jay co-own and manage Allegro REI, where she oversees broker relations and property acquisition. Outside of investing, her dream is to provide safe housing for survivors of severe trauma and trafficking.
Jay Sappington
Investor Relations
Jay is an educator, bioethicist, musician, and real estate investor. While remaining active with his other endeavors, Jay co-owns and co-manages Allegro REI, with a particular focus on property assessment and investor relations. Together with Eileen, he identifies and collaborates with others of integrity working in the multifamily community.
His goal is to see tenants’ and investors’ lives improved by Allegro REI’s ownership and superior management of high-quality, multifamily properties. Beyond the real estate doors, Jay advocates for cultural and legal affirmation of the innate dignity of every human being, composes worship music, and writes musicals for children and adults.
